Idea No.1: “Signing Contract”

This first idea is about finding producers who already have products in hands and looking for cooperation with some reasons. Those producers might look from product bands, Shops, extra profit and buyers.

This idea is a long term project and can keep continuing with it. By starting from step by step as:

1. Organizing & Training*:  Add advertise and organizing trainings to new and old producers. Providing information about company and the project that would help them interested in company’s project.
2. Finding Products and Producers: Aiming creating producers who would crate and provide new band products for the company and supporting them.
3. Making contract: Signing contract with producers in period of time or long contract.
4. Get Benefit together and Increase profit: Both company and producers would feel ownership and benefit together as WIN-WIN
5. Strong Cooperation: Long term contract and suppliers

Idea No.2: “OTOP Contest”

OTOP Contest is similar to the first idea “signing contract” however OTOP contest has a competition between new created products. Those products will not be shown any where before and they have not been signing with other company.

The idea would be high light and a short term project which can organize it yearly.  

1. Competition * Organizing team and contest to the public.
2. Finding New Products: Competition new idea of products and supporting producers.
3. Making contract between company and the best 3 products in the competition
4. Get Benefit together while company selling product and producers providing products.
5. Increase profit by having many new ideas of products and number of selling growth.
6. Strong Cooperation between company and producers
